Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the FlexTable website and your purchases. Your use of the installed desktop application is governed by the License Agreement; how we handle data is described in the Privacy Statement.
1. Acceptance
By using the website or buying FlexTable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase.
2. Accounts
Some features (e.g. the customer portal, accessed via a magic link or Google sign-in) require an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it.
3. Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, who handles checkout, card processing, and any applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices and plan options are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. A PRO purchase is subject to the License Agreement, including its perpetual-with-update-window model.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund: if you are not satisfied, email [email protected] from the purchasing email within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break security, disrupt the service, scrape abusively, or use it unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content (text, logos, design) are owned by FlexTable and protected by law. The "FlexTable" name and logo may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexTable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or portal for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced.
